Mr. Matt Hogan was previously an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of United Minerals Corporation NL (ASX: UMC), where he played a key role in the discovery of the Railway Iron Ore DSO deposit in the Central Pilbara. In February 2010, UMC was acquired by BHP Billiton for AUD $204 million.

Mr Hogan was instrumental in the ASX listing of Iron Ore Holdings Limited (ASX: IOH), which achieved a market capitalization of over AUD $200 million before being acquired by BC Iron Limited for AUD $250 million. During his time at IOH, Mr. Hogan assisted the Board and management in various capacities.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hogan spent several decades as an authorized representative in the stockbroking industry, specializing in corporate transactions at multiple firms, including Hogan and Partners.

Additionally, Mr. Hogan is a director of Rox Resources Ltd (ASX: RXL). Rox Resources is developing the high-grade, high-margin Youanmi Gold Project, which hosts a global mineral resource of 16.2 million tonnes at 4.4 grams per tonne, translating to 2.3 million ounces of gold, located near Mt Magnet, Western Australia.
